Money and other compensations
I am not wealthy, nor do I particularly desire to be rich.
I typically will accept an earnings level below market.
I am very demanding of my immediate management for other kinds
of support. Time, infrastructure, and clerical support are key
compensation factors for me.
I work best given tough technical questions, and the tools and
equipment to answer them. I use the internet effectively, but
if the answers to your questions are there, someone else is
probably better at collecting them. I require management able
to recognize a superior solution when it comes and willing to
push me to look for it. My style of communication
is complex. Beware my simple answers: they aren't.
Judgement, dependability, and quantity are not my strengths.
Creativity, insight, correctness, and persistence are.
